We accept new and unused items for return within 30 days of original purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges. Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items will be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item condition MUST:

– Trucks must be NEW and UNUSED without any damage including scratches from mounting, riding, or handling, and in its original packaging.
– All clothing must be unwashed and unworn, without any damage and tags remaining attached to garment.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you through the original method of payment at time of sale minus original shipping cost, please allow within 7 – 10 business days to complete any refunds. If your return is not approved, you will be notified of its non-approval status and your order will await to be shipped back to you and case status closed. We will refuse returns due to damage of any kind, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return including shipping fees to receive back your returned package. We will NOT pay to ship it back to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at; support@avenuetrucks.com.

Avenue Trucks has a 120 day policy guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects. If your trucks have failed within 120 days from the original purchase date you may send back the defective part(s) for a replacement of the defective part(s) only. DO NOT ship back the entire truck or pair of trucks, only ship the defective pieces, only the defective part(s) will be replaced. Please send an email with a description of your issue and your order number to; support@avenuetrucks.com. You are responsible for any and all shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This warranty does not cover breakage due to:
- Natural wear and tear of products
- Intentional breakage
- Tampering of the product
- Rusted or corroded trucks due to exposure to weather/water or other elements
- Improper installation of bushings, bearings, wheels or mounting, use of 3rd party bushings or
use with other products that are not original with Avenue Trucks.

Packages are shipped from California via USPS and FedEx. To determine your package delivery time please refer to your tracking number. Packages that are returned back to us due to failure to deliver from; incorrect delivery address entered at checkout, insufficient address, attempted: not known, no such name/number, unable to forward, or other reasons for failure of delivery will be refunded in full minus the cost of shipping and handling. We will not pay for or attempt to reship packages. Please enter all your information carefully and that your package will ship to a safe and correct address.

We ship Internationally to just about everywhere. Customers can determine the cost of shipping by accessing the shopping cart during checkout for all shipping charges. Once your order is shipped a USPS International Tracking Number, or FedEx Tracking Number will be emailed to you. Use this number to track where your package is during shipment at all times.

International Duty and Taxes/VAT (Outside of USA): The customer is responsible for any and all import taxes associated with their order. To find out what your country’s tax rates are, contact your local customs office for more information. Avenue Trucks is not responsible for these fees and will not issue refunds due to non payment of these fees, refused or abandoned. If the package is refused and returned the order will be refunded minus the return shipping cost and insurance charges. We will not attempt to reship international orders that are refused or returned.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Avenue Trucks is not liable for any lost or stolen packages due to shipping provider error or theft upon delivery. Please ensure that all your shipping information provided when ordering is correct and true and delivery is to a safe location. What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is
necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
